Website Terms
Last updated 24 April 2026
These terms govern your use of the softwarem.co.uk corporate website, operated by Softwarem Ltd (“Softwarem”, “we”, “us”). By using this website you agree to them.
Each product we build has its own separate terms of service which you accept when you sign up for that product — for example, the Quotem Terms of Service. These website terms do not govern use of our SaaS products.
1. The website
This is a corporate marketing site. It exists to introduce Softwarem and the products we build. No contract for services is formed by browsing this site.
2. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, code, branding — is owned by Softwarem Ltd or licensed to us, and protected by copyright and other IP rights. You may view it for personal or business reference. You may not copy, redistribute, or use our branding to imply endorsement without written permission.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purposes.
- Attempt to breach security, probe vulnerabilities, or disrupt availability.
- Scrape the site at scale, misrepresent its content, or pass it off as your own.
4. Third-party links
The site links to our products (e.g. goquotem.app) and to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of external sites linked from here.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice.
6. Warranties & liability
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softwarem disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
